Speed Scorecard Assessment

***Athlete & Parent Instruction Sheet***

The Speed Scorecard is our complete athletic baseline designed to give you (and us) a full picture of your movement quality, strength, power, acceleration, and top speed. This helps us place you in the right starting point, track progress over time, and customize training based on what your body needs most.

To complete the assessment, please follow the steps below.

1) How the assessment works

You will complete all the exercises and tests before filling out the form.

Important:

  • Total time for assessment is 30-40 minutes (can be broken into multiple sessions).

  • The form is not the assessment.

  • The form is simply where you upload your assessment results and answer questions.
