Single Leg Squat Test

What You Need

  • Flat floor

  • Video camera

How to Set Up

  • Start standing on one leg

  • Perform 3 reps facing the camera and 3 reps to the side of the camera for each leg

Quick Instructions

  • Start on one leg

  • Squat down as far as you can under control and stand back up

  • After 3 reps, turn to the side and perform 3 more reps

  • Switch legs
