10-Yard Dash Test

Materials Needed
20 yards of space (grass, turf, pavement)
Measuring tape or field markings
A camera or second person to film
Stopwatch or timing app
Setup
Mark a starting line and a 10-yard finish line (30 feet).
Place the camera at the side angle, halfway down the 10 yards.
Instructions
Start from a 2-point stance.
Sprint through the 10-yard line at full speed.
Take 2-3 attempts, with full recovery between.
