Thanks for enrolling in the 12-Week In-Season Speed Program. We’ll take it from here.
You’ve just enrolled your athlete in a structured, in-season development program designed to improve speed, coordination, and strength — without overtraining.
This program is age-appropriate, progressive, and built to support athletes during the season, not exhaust them.
Step 1: Complete the Athlete Intake Form (5-minutes)

We need this to assign appropriate program level and provide app access
Step 2: App Access & Program Email
On April 17th you will receive a welcome email from info@speedtrainingco.com
This email will:
- Provide guidance on how to login and navigate the app
- Outline expectations for the program
- Provide links and dates for Group Video Calls (see below)
Step 3: Group Video Calls
We will have 3 group video calls. The purpose of the video calls it to clear up any questions your athlete may have about the program and provide an overview of each phase of the program (goals, tracking, outcomes).
The group video calls will take about 30-45 minutes.
Phase 1 Video Call : Sunday, April 19th @ 3:00pm
Phase 2 Video Call : Sunday, May 17th @ 3:00pm
Phase 3 Video Call : Sunday, June 14th @ 3:00pm

Video call links will be provided in the welcome email on April 17th.
Step 4: Program Start
Training will begin on Monday, April 20th. The workouts will automatically populate into the app.
You're athlete will complete 3 workouts per week. We will discuss everything you need to know in the first video call.
